Really? Are you kidding, you honestly think that in every case a business owner should compromise and provide each customer with what they request? There aren’t circumstances where a customer asks too much? Or even a business that just defines what they are and what they do and don’t vary from that that you respect?
Email me your answers – I think really we agree. We go out of our way to make everyone happy, but we won’t compromise and some people are just jerks…and I don’t want their business. That’s okay, right?
