We are a husband and wife run business, we truly believe in taking great care of our customers, we make fantastic BBQ and we don’t compromise – that makes Mitchell a little like the soup nazi, he doesn’t like it when someone asks for salt, he doesn’t make french fries or chicken nuggets, and is just a little annoyed at the request. With that said, we want everyone to leave as friends, tell everyone they know how well they were taken care of and that after just a minute of chatting with Mitchell, they could tell what love, care and perfection he puts into every ounce of BBQ we offer through our kitchen!

. We met George and Alexa who own the Dirty Dawg saloon and they really wanted great food. And a partnership was born. Mitchell and I of course still have he dream to open our own place where we own and manage ALL aspects of the business. But for now working with George and Alexa has been a mini dream come true!
