We are a husband and wife run business, we truly believe in taking great care of our customers, we make fantastic BBQ and we don’t compromise – that makes Mitchell a little like the soup nazi, he doesn’t like it when someone asks for salt, he doesn’t make french fries or chicken nuggets, and is just a little annoyed at the request.  With that said, we want everyone to leave as friends, tell everyone they know how well they were taken care of and that after just a minute of chatting with Mitchell, they could tell what love, care and perfection he puts into every once of BBQ we offer through our kitchen!

I’m looking forward to meeting you soon!

Are you having an event? Are you looking for a quote? Tell us about it HERE

Do you want to tell us about a competition? Just want to say “hi”? We want to hear from you! Just fill this one out HERE and we’ll get back with you just as quickly as we can! – Cheers!

XOXO – Mitchell and Sara

Aubrey, I’m going to the butcher today and as you know we only do Ribs on Wednesday, so if you want to move forward with an order for the weekend, then we’ll need to talk this morning. Could you call me to discuss? 540.450.6710 – Sara

Hi,

I was just wondering is this the restaurant that you were talking about opening or are you running your BBQ out of here? Whats happening with your plans to open your own place? I think you guys would have a great place.

Darryl, hi! Thanks for the note. So we did not have a location tO cook our BBQ at all before the show. We just couldn’t afford any of the locations that we wanted ;-) . We met George and Alexa who own the Dirty Dawg saloon and they really wanted great food. And a partnership was born. Mitchell and I of course still have he dream to open our own place where we own and manage ALL aspects of the business. But for now working with George and Alexa has been a mini dream come true!

Hoping to see you soon! Sara

We rooted for you on the Food Network 24 Hour restaurant show and hoped you would reopen a business in the area. We just finished reading the article in today’s Martinsburg Journal and now I know you are back. We’ll be along to try your fine ribs and brisket soon!
