Your BBQ and quality of product offered is among the highest I have found anywhere in the US. Your rib portions were monstrous, your potato was enough for two. Your sandwiches were easily enough for 2 to share and have food to take home. Your outfit is 1st rate by all standards and I hope you expand up into Morgan county because we have a need for the Q Company a couple days a week in this area. Beans are spicy, sweet, and just lovely Mac & Cheese is cheesy w/ just a touch of "crusty" which I love Slaw is sweet, peppery, and on the dry side, which is just the way I like it. Too wet and it's soup. But the real food is the meat. What I like most is that they don't bury a poor meat under a sauce. They serve up choice meat smoked and lucious. You can add your own sauce, they offer a couple kinds, but you don't have to. And oh, it's so good without!! Between the 4 members of my family, we have tried everything they offer and have not been disapointed by anything. Thank You for making a believer out of me.
